Launch Windows Phone 8 globally, demonstrating that it's the phone reinvented around each person's unique personality by putting the phone in people's hands.

People were either still very unfamiliar with Windows Phone or didn't see it as a valid alternative to iPhone and Android.

SOLUTION

Create playful head-to-head challenges in high-traffic areas throughout the U.S., U.K., Germany and France that highlighted the benefits and of Windows Phone 8.

Pop-up activations appeared in highly-trafficked areas, engaging tens of thousands of people.

Brand Ambassadors engaged consumers and introduced them to the new Windows Phone 8.

Brand Ambassadors would ask a couple key questions to determine which head-to-head challenge was most appropriate to the consumer.
